Praying for Colorado & Resources for Families Affected by the Fires

Greetings!

As Colorado continues to face the devastating impact of the Aspen, Willow, Ferris, and Gold Mountain fires, our hearts are with every family affected and with the courageous firefighters risking their lives to protect our communities.

Please pray for those who have lost homes, been displaced, or are living under evacuation orders, and also for the brave first responders on the front lines, that God would give them strength, protection, and wisdom as they battle these fires.

The Aspen Fire is now 28% contained, and while some evacuation orders are beginning to lift, other fires continue to spread rapidly. The need for prayer and support remains great.

If you or someone you know has been affected by these fires, resources are available.

Displaced families can receive:

  • Clothing
  • Food
  • Toiletries
  • Household essentials
  • And much more
    Additional assistance includes:

  • Reentry cards
  • Insurance assistance
  • Mental health support
  • Water testing
  • VA support
  • Pet pantry
  • Housing assistance
  • DMV and document replacement assistance
  • Other recovery resources to help families navigate this difficult season
