Chaz Yandall

Chaz Yandall has been the Chief Executive Officer for All Things Possible Ministries since October of 2025. He has been married to his wife Terrie for 42 years. They have 26 children, 6 biological and 20 adopted, and many grandchildren. Chaz is the youngest of seven children from a US Army family. Born in Ohio and raised in Michigan. Chaz met his wife while on a full ride scholarship from the US Air Force for aerospace engineering at San Diego State University. They eventually answered God’s call to the mission field and moved to the Philippines where they served as missionaries for 25 years ministering to 3rd & 4th degree malnourished children. Chaz has been involved at every level of church ministry, as well as traveling the world on mission with Victor Marx and ATP for over 10 years. He is currently finishing up his Master of Divinity degree. His specialty is spiritual warfare.

Katie Yaryan

Katie (Katherine) Yaryan serves as the National Director of the Protecting Children’s Innocence Task Force (PCI), a specialized initiative dedicated to strengthening law enforcement efforts against child exploitation and human trafficking. With more than two decades of experience in investigative and operational environments, she has worked within law enforcement settings, a sheriff’s office, private investigations, and nonprofit organizations supporting complex, multi-agency cases.
Throughout her career, Katie has contributed to specialized task forces addressing gang activity, violent crime, and crimes against children. Her experience spans investigative operations within nonprofit organizations, cross-agency coordination, strategic program development, and operational leadership. She works closely with sheriffs’ offices, police departments, and federal partners to help ensure agencies have the tools, training, and infrastructure necessary to protect vulnerable children effectively.
Katie also leads the development of PCI’s Guardian Retreat program, which supports the mental, emotional, and operational resilience of investigators carrying child exploitation cases. She is deeply committed to protecting children while also strengthening and sustaining the professionals who serve on the front lines of these difficult investigations.

Katie and her husband, John, are proud parents and remain grounded in their faith and family as they continue advancing this mission together.

Gabi Marx

Gabi Marx serves as the Lion & Lambs Ministry Coordinator at All Things Possible Ministries, where she leads the distribution of trauma tools designed to bring peace and hope to children experiencing trauma worldwide. She has been part of the ministry since 2022, growing in her role and deepening her commitment to serving vulnerable children. As the youngest daughter of Victor and Eileen Marx, Gabi has been immersed in the ministry’s mission from an early age.

In Fall 2025, she earned her Associate of General Studies with high honors. In 2017, Gabi traveled to Iraq when her family was called to serve IDP’s affected by ISIS—an experience that deeply shaped her heart and sparked a lasting passion to care for children in crisis.
She is driven by a desire to bring comfort and relief to children facing trauma and hardship, believing that no child chooses the circumstances they are born into. Through her work, Gabi partners with law enforcement, missionaries, and global teams to place Lions & Lambs into the hands of those who need them most.
Gabi has traveled internationally and values experiencing different cultures and connecting with people around the world. She carries a strong heart to serve others and continues to follow in her parents’ footsteps.

James Gordon

James Gordon serves as the Program Director for All Things Possible Ministries in Colorado Springs, where he oversees and advances ministry programs both domestically and internationally. He provides leadership, strategic direction, and spiritual oversight to ensure each initiative aligns with the organization’s mission to restore, inspire, and transform lives through faith-driven outreach.

With more than two decades of experience in outreach, discipleship, and leadership development, James has served across a wide range of ministry environments, equipping individuals and strengthening organizations for greater effectiveness and long-term impact. His work includes program oversight, leadership development, strategic planning, and collaboration with ministry leaders and partners to ensure clarity, accountability, and sustainable growth.
Throughout his ministry, James has been committed to developing leaders and building systems that support healthy, mission-aligned work. He is known for his ability to communicate biblical truth with clarity and practical application, helping individuals and teams grow in both character and conviction.
James has been married to his wife, Valerie, for over 25 years. Together, they are committed to their faith and family as he continues to serve, lead, and invest in the next generation of leaders.
