An Update From Our Team In Iraq

Dear ATP,
“Last Friday, these orphaned brothers attended the children’s service for the first time; their misery and despair were plain to see.

We asked them where their parents were; they said their father had been killed in Syria and their mother had died a year ago in Iraq due to illness. They are living with relatives in difficult circumstances.
We gave them clothes, food and some money for their little brother’s medical treatment. They said they had moved a week ago to a place near the church and would continue to attend the children’s service.

Let us all pray for the children who are suffering all over the world…”

This is just one heart breaking story in a world where so many children have lost so much.

In the midst of pain, fear, and uncertainty, they need to know they are not forgotten. They are seen, they are loved, and their circumstances do not change their worth.

And that is why we continue to do what we do… for these precious children.

Thank you for standing with us and helping bring the love and hope of Christ to children around the world.

Please continue to pray over these children, that they would know just how deeply they are loved by their Heavenly Father and that, no matter what they have been through, He has never forgotten them.
