A Game of Hope

Please watch this video below that was about the game of a lifetime that brought hope to hurting youth.

This year I have been asked and feel honored to be speaking at both Faith Christian School and Gainesville State school in Texas. I will be sharing a message on “Becoming a Champion in Life” It will be based around my testimony and more important the Word of God. Please pray for me and our three man team who will travel this week.

So would you join me in prayer that many lives will be touched and changed by the Lord almighty and that all will go EXTREMELY well for Deron,( former American Gladiator) Shiloh ( my son ) and me. It’s a big trip…We will be speaking at 4 chapels (two on Wed; two on Thu); a men’s prayer breakfast (Fri); the pep rally for Gainesville on Wed (really important); and various other lunches, dinner and coffee meetings!
Nov 3rd – 8th 2009

  1. …this has given me Holy Spirit chills…and tears in my eyes, Victor. I would pay my own money, out-of-pocket, to see this game and root for all these boys – both sides – for the courage and hope that all of them give US in doing this good and right thing. GO TORNADO’S!!! GO LIONS!!! For the glory of God, the spirit of the game, and to eternal, neverfailing love…

My prayers are up and going! God bless you, Victor, Deron and Shiloh.

  2. Amy you said it! God bless the Tornadoes and the Lions, their coaches, and the spectators! This video brought tears to my eyes! These our God’s children and they must be cared for with strength, conviction, perseverance, and gentleness. We must share God’s word and carry these little lambs back to our flock so they may have continued enrichment and unfailing support from their community. The Holy Spirit is ever present and my prayers go out to Victor, Deron, and Shiloh also to testify so Jesus may JUSTIFY these kids when they turn to Him in all His glory and love!

  3. Overwhelmed with the hearts of the Parents & fans of Faith Christian.
this is the Gospel in it’s purest form , the message of acceptance of a loving Father & the channel of His love that flow from our Father’s heart through his beautiful flock. these kid’s have never had a fan on the sideline in anything they have ever done in life any way, probably most coming from broken homes and you can fill in the rest. for them to have been
received like that is beautiful Grace ! ( receiving what we do not deserve) Thank You ATP Ministries…… once again I am humbled by mercy, grace, and forgiveness.

  6. I just watched the football video & got that big lump in the throat along with the tears. I am so very touched by the lives God is saving through your ministry! I would have loved to have been at the game cheering for those boys, God’s children! God bless you, your team & everyone you come in contact with. Keep up the awesome work for God Almighty, the Lord of Lords, the King of Kings, the beginning & the end, the Alpha & Omega!!! Pam

  7. Awesome week at Faith Chistian School! Many thanks to Victor, Shiloh and Deron for sharing your testimony with our students at FCS and those of Gainsville State School. It was an awesome game and we are so thankful you were on the sidelines and a part of this special time. I was overwhelmed and blessed by the impact you made on the boys during the pep rally at Gainesville State school…each one of you made an impact and it was wonderful to see HOPE in many of their faces as you all shared your testimony. We pray God will continue to use you and your ministry as you impact the lives of others.
    Blessings,
    Susan

  8. WE WERE SO BLESSED TO HAVE VICTOR AT OUR SCHOOL. HE SPOKE TO OUR KIDS AT OUR WEEKLY CHAPEL AND MY SON WAS UNUSUALLY IMPRESSED. AS I TOLD VICTOR AFTERWARDS, IT IS HARD TO GET RESPECT FROM MY SON AND HE HAD NOTHING BUT THAT AFTER MEETING VICTOR. I WAS ALSO AT THE PEP RALLY AT G.S.S AND TO SEE HOW MANY BOYS WANTED TO PRAY TO RECIEVE CHRIST AFTER VICTOR SPOKE WAS AWESOME TO SEE. I FELT LUCKY TO HAVE WITNESSED THAT. YOUR MINISTRY IS IN OUR DAILY PRAYERS.

  9. This had me in tears. So few people understand or even consider when this simple act of love can’t change someones life forever. This really hit home with me. Gods love is so powerful. That’s so awesome!!! Words can’t describe! Made my day!
