Here is an e-mail I received a few days ago from a friend of mine that works in law enforcement. He works in sex crimes against kids.
Victor, hope everything is going good. I was thinking about you earlier today. We had a 14 year old (looked more like 11) prostitute interviewed by one of our child specialists today. The young girl is currently locked up in a detention center in (——–). We watched from behind a two-way mirror.
The girl started prostituting at age 13 after she had issues with her Mom, who is also a prostitute. The girl used language that she shouldn’t even know. When asked about her family she said that she didn’t have anybody. I wanted to yell from behind the mirror, “GOD LOVES YOU!!!” It totally broke my heart. There were some tough cops in the room with me and we all had the lumps in our throats. Once of the cops said that she probably won’t live past age 20 at the rate she’s going. She wants to get out prostituting and start selling drugs. Please keep her in your prayers.
I just wanted to say thanks for your ministry and reaching young kids like her.

Without fail we weekly receive letters, e-mails, phone calls about and / or from some of our nation’s most hurting youth. They are the ones when all else fails they are locked up. I know this, God loves these kids and His desire is to see them touched by His Spirit with the hope and love that can change any life. Please keep this little gal in prayer. We may never know what an offered prayer on her behalf can do until we see in heaven. You can help us today to get my story of God’s hope and healing into the hands of a kid who needs it. Yes. I want to help get Victor’s book into the hand of hurting Teens.

We need to pray for our youth constantly, they are our future, “satin walks around as a roaring lion, seeking whom he can devoure”. our youth happen to be easy prey, unless we lift them up in prayer, and reach them in the name of Jesus. It’s never to late!!
In spite of the issues I’m dealing with with my own teenager, my heart really went out to that little girl. And I really mean “little.” What a horrible sight to see one of God’s little angels used and abused in this way.
God, you are the protector of the innocent. Please use your almighty power to put the right person in her path to lead her back to You. In Jesus’ wholy and almight name, Amen!
Victor, I support you monthly but I am ashamed to say, I don’t pray for you nearly enough. That will change today!!
My Deepest Prayers are with these young ladies, especially this one in particular. The Lord is so good, so faithful and I know in my heart my prayers will be heard.
My greatest wish is that through these trials the Lord uses these teen girls, to draw to their knees and close to him in prayer…and fullfillment in their lives by seeking the Word of Christ.

As one who knows personally the anquish of heart this young girl feels I pray for her dear soul to be saved and sanctified by our great God of mercy and enduring love. May she grow to know the abounding matchless love of God for her and be transformed by His healing and the renewing of her mind. Lord surround her with your people and send your love for her wrapped up in their caring smiles and genuine God breathed love.
Victor, I cried when I heard that story, all my prayers are with you and your ministry. My best friend and I ran away from home when I was twelve. We had a lot of fun until she told me that she wanted us to go to San Francisco and be prostitutes. Thank God for all the prayers that were lifted to God on my behalf, If it wasn’t for them and my mothers care in bringing me up I can honestly say I probably would have joined her. Instead I called my mother and went home. I came to Jesus 2 yrs later. I will keep that little girl in my prayers and you and ATP also. Love, your sister in Christ, Kathy Cramer
Prayers for you and your ministry are given daily and a special one for this young lady just 2 years older than my own daughter.
O Lord, our true Shepherd, I ask that You would draw this young woman with your tender love and captivate her heart with who You are, then please lead her in ways of life and away from the precipice that she has found comforting. Father, You are so incredibly wise and know just how to do this. Please move the heavens and earth to touch her with real life and health and well-being for her whole being. Because You live and care, Lord Jesus, I worship You and offer this prayer. Amen.
hello my friends… all i have to say is wow!
I pray that the lord will lift her spirits and protect her from the harm she has endured.
I pray she will get a loving church family, one who can help this child become who she is meant to be .
My heart goes out to this sweet young woman. I could have been there myself – I was a victim of childhood sexual abuse. I suspect she is also and my prayer is that someone will come along side this precious girl and lead her to the love of Jesus and His healing hands. Only Jesus can heal the devastation done.
I lead a women’s prison ministry at my church and 8 out of 10 women we minister to are victims of sexual abuse – the numbers are mind boggling.
Praise the Lord for the FBI agent and Victor who make us aware of this prayer request!
The Lord says that it is never too late. Her life path can be changed. I will continue to lift prayers for this girl and your ministry doing such important, life changing work. May the Lord bless you as you minister to and love his lost lambs…
I posted this on my FB page and several people have been touched. I hope this inspires us all to step up and work with our youth and show them lots of love in whichever way we can. God bless you and this ministry! Praying for this beautiful, young child.

My family had a brief chance to pray with ex prostitutes in Costa Rica several years ago, we saw the pain and hurt. Keep up the good work. Me being a father of 2 girls my heart and prayers go to you and the young girl.
When you send your precious children to public school, they are vulnerable to all kinds of evil. The system is anti-Christ, anti-faith(except Muslim) They are taught that they are only animals, that the species of animal they are is evil, and shouldn’t exist. I saw a very disturbing show on the National Geographic channel recently , that proposed how wonderful the world would be if there were no human beings. The scenario showed crumbling buildings, with vegetation reclaiming the earth for itself, animals roaming free among decaying machinery. This is what your children are being taught in public school. That they are evil for simply being human. Couple that with parents who don’t care, a society that cares more for whales than babies. No wonder children are committing suicide in such alarming numbers. This lovely young girl is a victim of this mindset. She doesn’t know how precious she is to our Lord. Heavenly Father, I lift this young one to You. How Your heart aches for her. I pray that she would come to know Your true and perfect love which was shown through the Cross on Calvary. In Jesus most holy name, Amen.

Father, please tear down the wall around her one brick at a time starting with the ones around her heart. Give her peace she has never known and fill that emptiness in her that is “God-shaped” with more and more of YOU! Give her new life and heal her brokenness. Victor, our hearts go out to this girl. We have a family member who a year ago, was sexually assualted by her step dad. She’s 11 years old. Last week he was found guilty of criminal sodomy. It’s been hard on her and us. We will pray for this girl as we pray for our own relative.

Lord of all creation, blessed redeemer, father to the fatherless. Without you we are all evil beings, and can be so easily mislead. God, I lift up to you all the perpetrators of these heinous crimes against you, and society and especially your little children. Father your word says it would be better that a large stone be tied around their neck and they be drowned. And yet I beleive you would rather forgive them. So I don’t ask for vengance. LORD God you were pleased to see the blood, of your most precious, and only begotten son Jesus, poured out for their redemption. In no way do you ever condone sin of any kind. Yet you are perpetualy willing for all to repent (stop, turn around, change thinking patterns, trust you), so that you can forgive and make them free. God grip the hearts of us adults tonight, may we stop making excuses to sin. May we stop believing that you wink at our sin. May we as a nation accept your sovereinty and justice exactly as it is and stop trying to mold you into our own image. May we as a nation Man Up and take your word to these broken and desperate children. Daddy you already know how desperately these children, this little girl needs you. Their blood cries out to you from every dark place within the earth. Thank you for making us aware of all the lost and broken souls who are seeking ultimately to be loved. The harvest is so ripe and the reapers are few, send workers. Embolden us to breath, speak, and live your truth. I thank you for the hand you have on these ministering saints of yours at ATP. May we never take for granted your gracious tender mercy. May your servants be renewed daily by the hearing of your word and may they always seek to honor and glorify you first and foremost. I also ask you to strengthen these officers of the law to not become hard in their hearts against you, but rather to turn to you for salvation.
Prayers going out to her and those like her. Please tell her that if “God wanted her to live in the past He would have put her feet on backwards.” I use this quirky quip to all the kids I can, and it seems to work to help them focus on at least the here and now, and then the future. They have come back minutes, hours later after first hearing it and say, “Hey, that’s funny about my feet!” Patience in repeating this phrase leads to an opportunity to show that God knows what he is doing, “So be prepared for the great things He has in store for you now that you know which direction you’re supposed to be facing.”
I pray that she moves forward to embrace the Lord in her life and lets His love soothe her body and mind.

I pray for you, your family and ATP!! Unfortunately, I see these young girls DAILY while working with CPS!!! Prostitution and drug abuse are growing rapidly and the girls & boys are getting younger–parents are prostituting their children to support their own drug habits!!!! The other day I was at a mental hospital in Houston (they have children as young as 3 years old) listening to a young girl (about 11) tell how if she had 1 wish it would be for all the pain of her childhood be erased and she also said her favorite thing in the world was drugs–she is suicidal. I understand that one of the greatest places to reach these children/youth is in a juvenile facility due to the controlled environment however, I also pray that we as Christians will reach out to these teens/children who we are surrounded by daily before they become incarcerated. There is so much power in 1 changed life! I am PRAYING!!!!!
I am at work right now reading this, and I normally wait to get home to pray, but I had to stop what I was doing to pray for this little lost soul. I know that God and move mountains, so my prayers was that he heals her heart and remove the pain from all these years she has been hurt.
Victor, Is there any way to get you to come to our church in Riverside, CA? We are not a CC church but the love of God is there and our church is looking for a way to give back. In fact the mayor was out this Sunday to thank us for the work we seek to do in the local area of East Riverside.

My Prayers are with this young girl, the Lord can bad to create good and this is definetly someone who God can use for his Glory. My Heart goes out to this young girl and I will keep her in prayer, it breaks my heart to see so many lost youths out there. We as adults should be role models for the young children and we need to get out there and share, this really motivates me more and more to reach the lost…Thank you for sharing this story with all of us I am deeply moved…
